Heels Feels with Hector Kramer

Valley Coast Gymnastics

Beginner rhythmic is a combination of ballet and gymnastics. We learn proper handling of the ball, rope, ribbon, hoop, and clubs.

Littles is our 3-4 year old beginning gymnastics class. Students will learn basic skills and gymnastics terminology. Each class ends with 5 minutes of free play and stamps!

The Haus of Movement is a collective of movement leaders. We currently offer three dance cardio formats: VXN Workout, Turn Up Dance Fitness, and Boss Chick Dance Workout®. 


We aim to create inclusiveness in fitness for all shapes, sizes, and abilities to express ourselves through dance and movement while fostering a positive and supportive

Real Rhythm Dance and Fitness, and the creator of Real Riddim Dance Workout: a high energy dance workout that gives all the Caribbean and Afrobeats feels. 


Mariss

Marissa Tonge is a choreographer, fitness professional, and wellness advocate with a passion for making people feel alive and connected to their bodies. 


She is the Founder/CEO of
